Encode and decode Base32 with optional padding.

## What it does

Base32 uses A–Z and 2–7, trading compactness for case-insensitive safety. It appears in TOTP secrets, DNSSEC and identifiers that must survive case changes. This converter handles UTF-8 and optional padding.

## How to use

1. Choose encode or decode.
2. Paste the text and toggle padding if needed.
3. Copy the result or swap it back into the input.

## FAQ

### Base32 or Base64?

Base32 is longer but case-insensitive and avoids ambiguous characters. Base64 is shorter but case-sensitive.

### Should I keep padding?

Keep it for RFC-strict systems. Many TOTP secrets omit the = padding and decoders accept both.
