## What it does

Base32 usa A–Z e 2–7, scambiando compattezza con sicurezza case-insensitive. Compare nei segreti TOTP, DNSSEC e negli identificatori che devono sopravvivere ai cambi di maiuscole. Questo converter gestisce UTF-8 e padding opzionale.

### Base32 o Base64?

Base32 è più lungo ma case-insensitive ed evita caratteri ambigui. Base64 è più corto ma case-sensitive.

### Devo tenere il padding?

Tienilo per i sistemi RFC-strict. Molti segreti TOTP omettono il padding = e i decoder accettano entrambi.
