Strong random passwords with a real entropy meter.

## What it does

A password is only as strong as its unpredictability. This generator draws from the Web Crypto API, shows the real entropy of your settings, and keeps the result in memory. Use at least 16 characters for important accounts and a password manager to store them.

## How to use

1. Set the length and the character sets you want.
2. Generate and check the entropy score.
3. Copy it straight into your password manager.

## FAQ

### How is password strength calculated?

Entropy is length × log2(pool size), assuming a uniform random draw. It measures unpredictability, not whether the site hashes passwords properly.

### Are generated passwords stored?

No. They exist only in this page's memory. Reloading the page discards them.

### Do I need symbols?

Length matters most. Symbols enlarge the pool, so a shorter password can reach the same entropy — but some legacy systems reject them.
